Venture Computers of Canada was very professional about fixing my laptop. They took my laptop in, and took less than a week to fix it. Usually computer companies take from 3 to 4 weeks, so I was very happy that I got my laptop back so quick. Also they explained what they did to fix my computer, so I know exactly what they worked on. Dealing with you has always been a positive experience; I don't know what else to say!

Whenever I have a problem, it can usually be fixed in a day, the most memorable experience was when I ran out of coloured toner for my printer because I forgot to put in an order through. I couldn't use my printer, and you had researched to see if there was a way for me to use just black on my printer to keep it working, and there wasn't. You were able to get me a new toner by 3pm that day! It was great!

I have to express my satisfaction not only with you but also with your technical staff. Since our first order of Lenovo Desktops and Notebooks in 2005, we have had excellent sales and customer service representation. The pricing was well in-line with other vendors, delivery always met expectations. Administration of purchases made it easy for warranty repair. Tracking our software purchases and updating Microsoft allowed our company to easily understand our compliancy with vendors.

When we required a replacement server vendor, I found myself seeking alternative vendors not realizing that Venture Computers was more than capable. I was pleasantly surprised that Venture was able to easily address our back-office needs with the same service and delivery times. I continued to obtain competitive pricing. I also had direct contact with vendors such as IBM, Symantec, Data Domain and Microsoft.

I have had and continue to have the pleasure of conducting business relationships with Venture Computers over the course of two periods of times dating back to the early 1990's for 5+ years and more recently for the past 2 years to present. Venture Computers is an organization that definitely places their emphasis on taking care of their clients. They do whatever necessary to get the work done both effectively and efficiently. Their founder and president Mr. Harris Tan is a gentleman and a man of his word. One of the first qualities you will recognize in Mr. Tan is his openness and honesty complimented by his infectious laugh.

Venture Computers is a small company, but they can handle any sized work or project. Do not let their organizational size mislead you. In fact it is a true asset. Far too often have I personally being the unfortunate recipient of poor customer service and client relations from much larger organizations. Venture's technical team is well versed in handling any situation and my account representative is very attentive to my requirements.
